Luxury Auto Brokers provides vehicle sourcing and purchasing services as an independent broker. We are not a dealership and do not take ownership of vehicles.
Pricing
Final vehicle prices are determined by the selling dealer and are subject to market conditions. We negotiate on your behalf but cannot guarantee specific pricing.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information about vehicle preferences and budget

Make timely decisions when presented with vehicle options

Secure financing or provide proof of funds when required

Review all purchase documents thoroughly
Broker Fees
Our fees are as follows:

Basic Package: $1,500–$3,500 flat fee

Luxury Package: $3,500–$7,500 flat fee or 3% of purchase price

Elite Membership: $5,000/year

Bespoke Service: Custom pricing
Fees are due upon vehicle purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Luxury Auto Brokers is not liable for:

Vehicle mechanical issues post-purchase

Dealer misrepresentations

Financing denials

Delivery delays beyond our control
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Luxury Auto Brokers is registered.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
